Registered Nurse Community-Based

Education level: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelors degree)

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients in residential group homes and independent living settings. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, identifying health needs, coordinating referrals, and building relationships with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. You’ll also provide education and support on medical needs and serve as a consultant for the Medication Administration Program (MAP), monitoring compliance and delivering staff training.

Master’s Level Clinician

Education level: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or related field.

A Master’s Clinician delivers therapeutic mental health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy for individuals, families, and groups. This role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ wellness and requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.

 

Outreach Caseworker

Education level: High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred

Join us as part of the ACCS team! You’ll develop and oversee treatment plans, manage client funds, coordinate with service providers and families, monitor health and well-being, ensure MAP compliance, and maintain clinical records. This role requires using electronic health records, attending off-site meetings, and providing transportation. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are needed.

Behavioral Health Program Manager Outpatient Clinic

Education level: Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other mental health discipline is required

As Behavioral Health Program Manager, you’ll oversee clinic and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team operations, manage clinical services, ensure compliance with standards, support fiscal goals, coordinate care across programs, and provide clinical supervision. Medical Biller

Required experience: Third party billing, especially in a behavioral health organization

We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller to support our expanding Accounts Receivable team. As a Billing Coordinator, you will correct billing errors, document procedures for error resolution, assist in developing and formalizing Billing Office protocols, manage practitioner number entries by category, coordinate service entries for Care Management Programs, handle deleted service reports, and help generate open claims reports.

Occupational Therapist

Education level: Minimum degree required to maintain current Massachusetts licensure in Occupational Therapy

An occupational therapist helps individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work. They work with people experiencing physical, mental, or developmental challenges, creating customized treatment plans to enhance independence and quality of life. Occupational Therapists may assist patients with improving motor skills, adapting to injuries, or learning strategies to perform tasks at home, school, or work environments. They often collaborate with other healthcare professionals and provide guidance on using adaptive tools, making modifications to environments, or developing new techniques for personal and professional activities.

Clinical Supervisor-Outpatient Clinic

Education level: Master’s degree

The Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision for Masters and/or Bachelors per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices.
