NEW Client Portal

The NEW MY Health Pointe portal is a secure online website that gives you convenient 24-hour access to your Personal Health Information (PHI) and Electronic Health Record (EHR), from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Be more active in your own health care. Sign up for the consumer app to receive email and text appointment reminders, update personal information, communicate securely via email and complete paperwork online. New features include: online bill pay, appointment requests and medication refills. Register with the front desk staff at your next appointment.

If you choose to utilize the My Health Pointe portal you will be given an opportunity to opt-in to receiving SMS/text messages from us. You will have the opportunity to opt-out of SMS/text messaging at any time. You can obtain help if you require assistance by calling the number included in the SMS/text messages.

Removing Financial Barriers to Care

Aspire Health Alliance is committed to removing barriers to care, including financial barriers. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@aspirehealthalliance.org, and we will connect you with a billing specialist who can help.

Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT)

The RAFT Program is a homelessness prevention program funded by the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). RAFT provides short-term financial assistance to low-income families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
